If you know the exact way the factories in China are run, you will know the true causes of all problems.
- Wrong design – the “designers” themselves do not really play airsoft so they don’t know what works and what doesn’t
- Stupid cloning – the “designers” often copy the wrong stuff – e.g. they copy V2 parts and have them installed into a V1 clone
- Poorly trained factory workers – you can’t expect quality works out of someone who has a monthly pay of USD$100
- Problematic mindset – those who run the shows focus primarily on price, profit and sales order. Quality never gets counted.
The most commonly found problems on the China-clones:
- the same tappet plate is being used across all models and all platforms
- the same air nozzle is being used across all models and all platforms
- the same cylinder is being used across all models and all platforms
- the same rubber damaging grease is being applied across all models and all platforms
- the same damn stiff spring is being used across all models and all platforms
- due to poor quality grease, all O rings are damaged even before the guns reach the store shelf.
- due to poor air seal, the china-clones are using M120 to produce M100 power.
- due to improper use of machine tooling, openings are often of inaccurate sizes and positions
- poor quality batteries – a 8.4pack when fully charged can deliver less than 8V power
