Our printed books are distributed through Createspace and Amazon only. Certain iPad versions are distributed through Lulu and iBookstore. Disc versions (published before 2011) are no longer available. In the foreseeable future, new contents will ALWAYS be published as printed books first. All CD/DVD products have officially been discontinued.
