When inserting the motor, make sure the POS side stays on the side closer to the trigger. The NEG side, on the other hand, should stay close to the rear end. Carefully arrange the wires, then install the end cap and put in the motor position adjustment screw. A quick test can then be performed using a battery to see if the mechbox works well.
You should install and tighten up the end cap first before putting in the big adjustment screw. Fine tune the motor position as needed. Due to the extremely small space inside the M4 pistol grip, it is very easy for the wires to get in the way of the motor pinion!
